The project
The first phase of a residential regeneration scheme between the DLR and the A13, with homes in three buildings.
The tower’s unitised façade was made off site and installed floor by floor, with a hoist arrangement that let panels go in around the hoist zone. Our crews installed the tower units, including the doors to every balcony, and the windows, doors, rainscreen, curtain wall, copings and GRC on the lower blocks.
Our scope
