A retirement village of 255 apartments, part of the Watford Riverwell regeneration.
A brick slip system gives the look of traditional brickwork while installing faster and with less load on the structure. Boards went up ahead of the slips so floors could be handed over to fit-out early, with no scaffold needed for the brick slip. Our crews installed the SFS and boards, the brick slip, the curtain wall and the copings.
